Russia media reportedly hacked.

Russian media sites appeared to have been hacked in a cyber attack by Anonymous, with a message warning readers of “certain death” for troops in Ukraine.

The home page for Fontanka, a news outlet based in St Petersburg, was replaced with text reading “Putin makes us lie and urging citizens to “stop this madness.

The apparent attack also temporarily brought down other sites including state-owned news agency Tass and daily newspaper Kommersant.

Fontanka and Tass were running normally again shortly after midday while Kommersant appeared to remain offline.

The message on Fontaka read in full: “Dear citizens. We urge you to stop this madness, do not send your sons and husbands to certain death. Putin makes us lie and puts us in danger.

We were isolated from the whole world, they stopped buying oil and gas. In a few years we will live like in North Korea. What is it for us?

To put Putin in the textbooks? This is not our war, let’s stop it! This message will be deleted, and some of us will be fired or even jailed. But we can’t take it anymore.

It carries the mark of Anonymous, the activist collective known for cyber attacks against some governments and corporations.

It came after a post on the group’s Twitter page declared cyber war against the Russian government following its invasion of Ukraine.

How to know if a guy doesn’t want to be in a relationship.

These days, people have such different ideas about what it means to be dating and what it means to be in a relationship, so it can sometimes be hard to know where you stand with someone you’ve been spending a lot of time with.

If you suspect that the guy you’re hanging out with or crushing on isn’t interested in a serious relationship with you, and that’s something that you do want and have been hoping for, it’s best to just ask him about it directly.

That’s truly the only way you’re going to get a definitive answer.

But in the meantime, as you prepare yourself for that conversation, here are some strong signs to look out for that suggest he doesn’t want a relationship and what to do if that’s the case.

1. He hasn’t mentioned anything about wanting to be in a relationship.

Have you ever heard this guy talk fondly about the idea of being in a serious relationship, enjoying having a steady partner, and being committed to one person? Or does he (or his friends) laugh at the idea of him being in a real relationship?

If the idea of him liking those things feels at odds with what you know about him and his personality, that’s probably a sign that you know on a gut level that he’s not a “relationship guy.”

And if the subject of how he feels about relationships hasn’t come up yet? Ask him directly and see what he says.

2. He dodges or brushes off any conversations about defining the relationship.

If you’ve been talking to or hanging out with this guy for a while, but he constantly shuts down any attempt at defining the relationship, that’s a sign that he probably doesn’t want one. A person who intentionally avoids the “DTR talk” usually does so because they prefer the vagueness (and often the presumed nonexclusivity that comes with it).

What’s more, if he makes you feel guilty for wanting to clarify what’s going on between you two, he is already signaling that he doesn’t want to be responsible for your emotional needs or meeting your expectations.

You shouldn’t be the only one trying to figure out where things are going. If he’s not thinking about it, it’s likely because he’s not interested in it going anywhere at all.

3. He’s pretty vague about what he’s looking for.

Even when you do try to talk about what’s going on between the two of you, he avoids offering any specifics about what he wants. He might make excuses such as saying he likes taking things slow or has a lot going on right now, or he may say he just wants to see where things go with the two of you.

Those things may be true for him, but the issue is when these things are said without giving any indication about whether a committed relationship could ever truly be on the table.

Usually if someone is open to a serious relationship, they’ll be pretty upfront about that when asked about it. A person who wants to date you seriously will not hesitate to tell you once you’ve directly asked them about it.

If they aren’t willing to say one way or the other whether they’re open to a long-term commitment with you, it’s often a sign that it’s not something they’re that interested in at the moment.

People often choose to be vague about their intentions when they think the other person won’t like what they hear.

An Abuja High Court reject (DCP) Abba Kyari bail application.

A Federal High Court (FHC), Abuja, on Monday, February 28, 2022, refused to grant the bail application of suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Abba Kyari.

Justice Inyang Ekwo in a ruling said the application had been overtaken by events following an order of a sister court (Justice Zainab Abubakar), granting the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency’s (NDLEA) prayers to detain Kyari for another 14 days to enable it to conclude its investigation.

Justice Ekwo held that the sister court, which gave the order in favour of NDLEA on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, was a court of coordinate jurisdiction.

The judge, however, said he was inclined to hear Kyari’s fundamental enforcement rights suit with the urgency it deserves after the expiration of the 14-day court order.

He subsequently adjourned until March 15, 2022, to hear his application on his fundamental right enforcement.

Kyari, last week, approached the court praying that the Federal Government be ordered to pay him N500million and also tender a written apology to him in two national dailies for the unlawful violation of his fundamental human rights.

He is further praying the court for, a declaration that arrest and continued detention of the Applicant by the Agent of the Respondent without bringing him before a court of competent jurisdiction from 12th of February 2022 till date, is Illegal, unlawful and a gross violation of his fundamental right.

He also asked the court to direct the agency to tender a public apology in national dailies.

Justice Ekwo fixed today for hearing the bail application and directed Kyari’s lawyer to put NDLEA on notice and serve the agency with the hearing notice.

Myanmar soldiers accused of holding civilians, including 80 children, hostage for two days during clashes with rebels.

Myanmar soldiers took a group of civilians, including at least 80 children, hostage for two days during clashes with rebels before releasing most of them on Monday (Feb 28), according to media reports, a rebel group and a shadow government statement.

The incident happened in the Sagaing region in Myanmar, which has been the scene of fierce fighting between militia groups opposed to the military coup.

Air strikes and raids by the military at the weekend in Yinmabin, a township about 120km west of Mandalay, had driven out most villagers, but dozens of children and some teachers were stranded at a monastery that also housed a school, according to media reports.

The Irrawaddy newspaper said on Sunday that 85 children and 10 teachers had been taken hostage, citing residents in the area.

Reuters could not independently verify the reports and a spokesman for the junta did not respond to requests for comment.

The National Unity Government (NUG), a shadow government set up by opponents of last year’s coup, said that some of the children held were under 12 years old and some younger than five, accusing the army of a “grave violation” of international law.

A member of the area’s People’s Defence Force said that most had been released by Monday morning when troops withdrew, but some adults were arrested.

We could not fight the troops as they were holding the children,” said the militia member, who asked not to be identified.

The junta has labelled the NUG and the people’s defence forces as “terrorist” groups.

The military has been accused in the past of using civilians as human shields and for taking over schools and monasteries to use as bases.

Phil Robertson, deputy Asia director of Human Rights Watch, said such events showed that the military was operating with “total impunity”.

More than 1,500 people have been killed in a crackdown by Myanmar’s security forces since last February’s coup removed a government led by Aung San Suu Kyi, according to a Thai-based activists group.

The military, which has disputed the death tally, is also fighting on multiple fronts with armed pro-democracy groups in the countryside and ethnic minority forces.
