The police in Edo State have said four of their officers have been arrested for allegedly brutalising two motorists in Benin City, the state capital.
It was gathered that the incident happened at the PZ area on the Benin-Sapele road on Wednesday.
The assault, captured in a video posted on social media, showed the officers brutalizing the victims over issues of extortion.
