It was learnt that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky has called on NATO to send him warplanes to fight against the Russians.
Russia has continued to shell Ukrainian cities in its ongoing invasion of the country and has captured Kherson.
Zelensky, in a news conference said if NATO did not have the power to close the skies and enforce a no-fly zone over Ukraine, they should give him warplanes.
