MBA forex fraud victims give EFCC 21 days ultimatum to arrest culprit in Rivers state.

Victims of MBA FOREX fraud have given Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC 21 days ultimatum to arrest and prosecute Christ Embassy Pastors, Amaechi Bartholomew Udeaku, Paul Odogbo and Precious Williams who were declared wanted by the commission over the MBA Forex fraud.

Leader of the MBA Forex fraud victims, Christian Agadaga, who issued the ultimatum while carrying out a protest at Christ Embassy Church, at Peter Odilli Road, Port Harcourt, said EFCC should launch a full scale manhunt to recover fifteen billion, two hundred and ninety three million, five hundred and ninety six thousand, five hundred and forty-one naire, seventy-one Kobo, (15, 293,596,541,71) found in the pastors’ coffers.

He, however appealed to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome to use his good leadership position to investigate and expose all persons including his pastors and church members who perpetrated the alleged fraud.

We are here to press home our demands and our demand is that we need our money, our money that pastors of Christ Embassy Church have diverted the sum of fifteen billion naira.

We are so surprise why the house of God will now turn to a playground of fraud, we can not continue to tolerate this because we need our money.

We appeal to the conscience of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the founder of Christ Embassy Church to immediately, if possible, for the sake of humanity, the sake of God and his conscience declare a reward (bounty) on the heads of those pastors and members of his church declared wanted by EFCC and published on vanguard newspaper of 15 July, 2022, who defrauded Nigerian citizens.

We want them to quickly report themselves to EFCC and immediately return our money.

We cannot continue to die in silence, never. We are giving EFCC twenty one working days to enforce a manhunt on all those declared wanted, we need them to be brought to justice.

Also, Secretary of MBA Forex victims, Uzo JohnPaul, demanded that EFCC should start a refund of Investors money as failure to do so will cause the MBA FOREX victims who are now homeless and jobless to seek refuge at EFCC premises.

Maxwell Odum is a member of Christ Embassy Church. Based on our fact findings, we found out that he brought two billion (2,000,000,000) naira to the church.

Three pastors from Christ Embassy Church were declared wanted by EFCC and a senior member of the Church which is Paul Odogbo, about fifteen billion naira is hanging around their neck belonging to investors of MBA FOREX.

I’m telling you in good authority that another nine billion (9,000,000,000) naira was discovered which is yet to be published and this young men houses in Harmony Estate in Air force Base, Port Harcourt, have been seized by EFCC.

The point we are making clear here is that they should return the money back to investors into EFCC recovery account, so they can disburse this money to investors.

We have said it before while we were in EFCC headquarters Abuja, that we are not given up on this course because most investors money that was invested was hard earn and most of them are hopeless right now, some invested their last money, so they have nothing to fall back on and somebody is somewhere using our money to build underground high rise buildings.

The pastor Amaechi Bartholomew Udeaku has a very big estate from investors money at Atali in Rivers State.

We are giving a demand that the Church administration which is headed by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome to do his independent investigation if he feels we have come here to blackmail the church.

If he finds out that it is correct, first he should take a bold step by suspending his members involved, they are not sincere people.

If they are found wanting with such huge amount of fraud, they have no right to mount the pulpit of God and preach about Christ, we are not judging them but they are not qualified to hold any position, that is our stand.
